Ingredients
- 700 gram boneless chicken
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup no-calorie sweetener
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
- Arrowroot
Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Place them in a large bowl and add garlic salt and pepper to season. Take a pan and cook the coated chicken over medium to high heat until the color turns to light brown.
Take a sauce pan and mix chicken broth, vinegar, sweetener, soy sauce, and ketchup to make a sauce. Cook the sauce over low heat and add arrowroot. While adding arrowroot, keep whisking. Cook for about two minutes and put it on the chicken.
