Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Pumpkin smoothie may not be the top line in terms of flavor for some, but it’s packed with minerals and antioxidants, making it a definite choice as a nutritious smoothie. 100 gm of pumpkin contains almost 180% (of the daily value) of Vit A, and has just 0.1 g of fat.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 small size Banana
• ½ cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• Stevia (to taste)
• 2/3 ice cubes

Preparation:

Add the pumpkin, almond milk, , banana, and spices to a blender and process on high until smooth.
