Yogurt is a food produced by bacterial fermentation of milk. Though yogurt is used to marinate chiken in most dishes, this one actually uses the yogurt to make the salad.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 cup grapes or 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce
- 2 cups chopped boneless chicken (boiled)
Preparation
Mix the fat-free yogurt with halved grapes or raisins. Add curry powder and salt. Keep it aside for resting. Meanwhile chop the lettuce. Now add the chopped chicken with the yogurt mixture. Take serving dishes and create a bed of chicken and yogurt mixture and add the lettuce on top. And eat!
