Chicken Avocado Pasta

In order to build muscles properly, you need the right amount of healthy fats, protein and complex carbohydrates. This recipe will brings to you great mix of protein and good carbohydartes.

Ingredients

  • 200 gram  chicken breast
  • For seasonings: coconut aminos
  • 1/2 cup quinoa pasta or wheat pasta
  • 1/3 of avocado-basil pasta sauce
Avocado-Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 2 large avocados,
  • 1/2 Greek yogurt,
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic,
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped),
  • 1 lemon,
  • Sea salt & pepper

Preparation

Take two large avocados and remove the pits. Boil the paste. Meanwhile take a blender and mix avocado, garlic, basil, Greek yogurt and lemon juice (1 lemon). Take a bowl and season the chicken breasts. Now cut the chicken into small pieces and cook on a grill skillet. You can add vegetables to make it healthier. Now mix 1/3 of the avocado pasta sauce with the boiled pasta and add the grilled chicken.
