Brittany Coutu Workout

WBFF Pro, a gymnast, dancer and SHREDZ Athlete, Brittany Coutu is a known name in the body building world.  She is the definition of fit and embodies everything a SHREDZ athlete should when it comes to inspiring others and never backing down from a challenge.  Brittany explains her background, and how she grew up with the fit lifestyle, “I was a college gymnast and cheerleader, so I have always been in shape.”
