If you are on a weight-loss diet, as you lose weight, your calorie requirement will change, your metabolism will change and you might reach a stage where you won’t be able to lose weight anymore only through diet modification. That’s called plateau, and that’s where you need to contact us again for a new custom chart. For some people, a weight-loss diet chart can be effective for 3 months, for some people it can work for a month.
